Can It Be Possible to Hire Direct Lenders?

I work in a big financial institution and our business is kind of having a hard time coping right now that's why we need advice from direct payday lenders only and our top bosses have seen how lenders fare during this time and we are really surprised that most are doing well. It means that people are borrowing money but they want smoother and worry-free transaction instead of going to big institutions like us people rather borrow money from small payday loans and we need suggestions from people involved with this business. I also heard that many banks are closing and we can't understand why people choose to borrow money from direct payday lenders only. I think this is because of the strict requirements of banks and financial institutions that's why people go to smaller lenders. Banks should loosen up their rules so that people will start going back to borrowing then maybe banks will start picking up.
